In June and July 2021, a set of learning conversations on girls’ agency in child marriage were convened between prominent researchers, activists, girl leaders and practitioners working in the area of child rights, adolescent sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) and child marriage. The six (90 minute) conversations with 32 participants from Africa, Asia, Europe and the United States provided a unique platform for sharing, listening and learning among colleagues from a wide range of backgrounds – both in terms of professional role and geographical location. In the report, you will find the summarised exchange of ideas and experiences that aim to continue the discussion on girl’s voice and child marriage.
