SHAKHI Friends of Women (SHAKHI)

SHAKHI is a grassroots feminist organisation led by a group of young women committed to the development and growth of girls and women in Nepal. SHAKHI was created in 2018 and works towards improving access to education for all women and girls, ending gender-based discrimination, promoting agricultural entrepreneurship development, and ending child labour and child abuse.
