Philomena Project

Philomena Project is an organisation based in the United States working to address child marriage in Catholic theology and jurisprudence, regional and global provisions, and civil law. It works to raise Canon Law minimum age of marriage from 14 for girls and 16 for boys to 18 for all—and advancing human dignity at the intersection of child marriage, human trafficking, and systems strengthening.
