Banwasi Vikas Ashram (BVA)

Banwasi Vikas Ashram (BVA) is a voluntary grassroots organisation founded in 1990 and operating in the Koderma, Hazaribagh, Chatra, Godda and Giridih districts of Jharkhand state, India. The organisation aims to improve access to education, health care and family planning, and works to end child marriage in society. BVA moreover promotes adolescent girls' health, the right to food and WASH facilities, as well as improved livelihoods of vulnerable sections of the society.
