“Child marriage, a lost opportunity for girls” – G(irls)20 Summit 2013

Lakshmi Sundaram, Global Coordinator of Girls Not Brides, and Dr. Kakenya Ntayia, founder of the Kakenya Center for Excellence, joined 21 girl delegates at the G(irls)20 Summit in Russia for a lively discussion on the consequences of child marriage, and how we can work together to end a practice that disempowers some 14 million girls a year.
