As Communications Manager, Zoe is responsible for designing and delivering communications, media and digital strategy. She leads the communications team in driving the movement to end child marriage at global, regional and local levels. Zoe is motivated by a desire to co-create sustained impact so that all girls and women have equal rights, power and opportunities to boys and men.
Prior to joining Girls Not Brides, Zoe worked at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine – with the NEST360 alliance – as a Strategic Communications and Knowledge Manager. In this role, she supported the team to improve care for small and sick newborns, with particular focus on Africa. She has also worked at a spin-out from the University of Oxford, where she developed their marketing strategy for expansion into African and Latin American markets, and at Cranfield University on science communications. In these roles, Zoe gained a breadth of knowledge in developing communications strategies that effectively drive strategic success and impact.
