As Human Resources and Operations Manager, Shanaz is responsible for providing ongoing HR management and expertise for the global team.
Shanaz brings over 20 years of extensive experience in HR, including managing multifaceted staffing issues, processes and systems. Having worked for a number of dynamic and challenging organisations in the private sector and membership profession she can define and implement effective HR strategies that bring about lasting and beneficial change.
She is an enthusiastic HR professional, an Associate Member of CIPD, qualified at level 7, a holder of Master’s degree and BA (Hons) degree in Human Resources Management. Shanaz thrives on engaging with the workforce, values diversity, is passionate about equity and inclusion and focuses her efforts on staff health and wellbeing.
