Ludovica Anedda

As Advocacy, Policy and Campaigns Manager, Ludovica works with the Girls Not Brides movement across regions to co-construct and deliver an effective advocacy and policy influencing agenda to end child marriage. She is passionate about girls' rights and about contributing to social and gender norms change.
She previously led the public affairs work at CARE International UK, and the gender equality advocacy and policy portfolio at CARE France. She has managed advocacy strategies and campaigns at national and global levels. She has extensive experience engaging different types of powerholders, particularly advocating for feminist approaches in international development and foreign policies.
With a background in research and policy analysis, she previously worked as a public policy analyst, specifically focusing on evaluations of education and gender equality policies at European level, in addition to experiences in UN and EU agencies.
As a personal project, Ludovica has co-founded GenderJobs.org, a feminist non-profit organisation meant to facilitate access to opportunities to work on gender equality and LGBTQI+ rights, and to amplify the essential value of gender expertise across sectors.
She holds a master’s degree in educational policy analysis and she speaks Italian, English, French and Spanish.
