This manual by UNICEF and UNFPA is meant for training programme managers to promote the abandonment of female genital mutilation/cutting (FGM/C). It will be useful for organisations who manage programmes that address both child marriage and FGM/C.
The manual includes everything you need to organise a workshop on approaches to end these practices using a social norms perspective. You will find a facilitator guide, tips to organise your workshop, reading lists and handouts to share with participants, presentations and other training materials. Module 2 provides case studies on child marriage.
