The Vehilihini Development Centre (VDC) is a not for profit, non-partisan, voluntary organisation established in 1985 in Sri Lanka. VDC promotes the social, economic and political empowerment of civil society in order to achieve 'a democratic and harmonious society where justice reign and people enjoy economic, political, social and cultural rights equally.'
