SGRI is a community-based organisation located in north-eastern Uganda. It was founded in 2017 by a group of young adolescent girls with the aim of reducing gender based violence and child marriage. With gender equality at the centre of their mission statement, SGRI aims to campaign for girls' right to education and advocate against human rights abuses.
