STC is an international not for profit organisation working in East Africa. Established in 2009, STC's aim is to empower local communities through education. The organisation places a strong focus on women and girls, and actively works towards promoting their rights, equality and ending harmful traditions so that they have an opportunity to fulfil their potential.
