Founded in 2002 in South Africa, the Regional Psychosocial Support Initiative (REPSSI) works in 13 countries within East and Southern Africa where child marriage is highly prevalent. REPSSI provides capacity building and leads advocacy for sustained psychosocial support (PSS) mainstreaming into programmes and services for girls, boys, youth, families and communities in East and Southern Africa so that they live with hope, dignity and happiness.
