Mission with a Vision (MWV)
At a glance
MWV was founded in 1997 with a vision to address child marriage and female genital mutilation. Working mainly with the Maasai community of Narok County in Kenya, MWV runs a rescue centre and provides girls with safe housing, educational scholarships and vocational training. MWV also works with community elders to seek reconciliation with girls' families.
