Maisha Development Initiative (MAIDI)

Founded in 2016, MAIDI was established to respond to the needs of children who became orphans as a result of civil strife and HIV/AIDS in Uganda. Over the years, MAIDI has evolved into a broad based child rights organisation working on issues such as child protection, women's rights, food security, nutrition, high school dropouts, child marriage and child labour.
