IJEFA is a girl-led community-based organisation working in the South Kivu province of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Since its creation in 2005, IJEFA works to promote sexual and reproductive health rights and safe abortion, to make health care available and accessible to girls experiencing unwanted pregnancies, and to promote girls' socio-economic empowerment.
