At a glance

IFDAP is an organisation founded in 1998 by a group of women human rights activists. Based in the South-Kivu province of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the organisation works to promote the rights of rural women and girls who were marginalised as a result of armed conflict as well as women living with HIV, and to advocate for the sexual and reproductive rights of young mothers.
