DSWS is a community-based organisation in India that works to promote women's economic empowerment and children's rights. Established in 1995, DSWS has been supporting community-based approaches to child protection in the states of Jharkhand and West Bengal. It runs interventions to prevent the trafficking of children, and works to reach the most at-risk groups, including married and formerly married girls.
