Founded in 2004, Action de RǸcupǸration et de RǸintǸgration Sociale des Enfants DǸlaissǸs (ARSED) operates in the Sud-Kivu province of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Its overarching objective is to ensure the recovery and socio-educational care of neglected children, contributing towards their successful reintegration into society through the provision of medical care, nutrition and educational activities.
