Conducted by UNICEF West and Central Africa in partnership with the International Centre for Research on Women (ICRW), this study analyses the levels, trends and relationships between child marriage, adolescent pregnancy and family formation across West and Central Africa.
It studies the differences in changes of the rates of child marriage and adolescent pregnancy, the core drivers of these changes and their relation to demographic and socioeconomic factors.
