Following the recent appointment of Ramin Shahzamani as Deputy Chair, Sinéad’s appointment provides a further boost to our Board. She brings additional and complementary strengths that will be critical to us as we embark on this next stage of development. I am very much looking forward to working closely with her.

Girls Not Brides is an extraordinary organisation. It has achieved so much, yet at this critical moment in history—when gender equity feels increasingly under threat—it remains brimming with potential. I will do all I can to help achieve our goal of ending child marriage.
